Membership ensures continuous access to licensed providers, priority evaluations, and coordinated support through specialized pharmacies within our network.

Optimum Wellness does not sell medications. We coordinate access, evaluation, and pharmacy services.

Medical Evaluation (Non-Members)

Starts at $225 per evaluation
Includes medical evaluation and concierge coordination for 1–2 therapies or products.

The provider evaluates your goals and determines which therapies may be appropriate and available through specialized pharmacies.

Additional therapies may require extended evaluation.

Platinum Membership (By invitation Only)

$350 per month

Designed for clients committed to continuous anti-aging, peptide therapy, hormonal optimization, and longevity programs.
